Ergonomics is the study of how the human body uses a working space. I learned that a bad habit of mine is how I sit. I should sit at the back of my chair but I slouch. I think our work space is ergonomically sound because we have a seat that support our backs.While working on a computer you should sit up with your back against the back of the seat, eyes should be level with the top of your computer monitor, document holder next to and same heigth of your computer, arms at a ninety degree angle, and home row of keyboard level with your elbow.
